The tissue engineered venous valve has been considered as a promising alternative to treat deep venous insufficiency.We previously found that recellularization of decellularized venous conduit bearing valve was capable to function physiologically, but lost its function due to luminal occlusion partly result from insufficient re-endothelialization after long period implantation.In present study, the decellularized venous conduits bearing valve were covalent immobilized with PEG-KREDVY(as experiment), PGE only (as control).
