The traumatic orbital deformities were divided into ordinary orbital deformities and cranio-facial-orbital deformities.Corresponding surgical treatments were underwent according to the classifications of traumatic deformities through hemicoronal/coronal incisions, subciliary incision and buccogingival incision.Cases with ordinary orbital deformities were treated by reposition of the fractured bone segments.Cases with orbital wall defect were restored by titanium mesh.Cases with skull defect were treated with titanium mesh to restore the skull and orbital defect.Cases with complicated old traumatic orbital deformities were treated by cutting and repositing the orbital wall, or with implanting bone or biomaterials to restore the orbital wall.CAD/CAM techniques were used during surgery to get ideal results.
