螺旋波是一类规则的时空斑图,在心肌组织和脑皮层都发现了螺旋波的存在.实验发现脑皮层的螺旋波如节拍器一样可以规范和调制脑部神经元电活动模式.基于Hodgkin-Huxley神经元构建神经元网络,研究了人工缺陷和局部离子通道中毒诱发行波,以及阻挡靶波诱发螺旋波过程,以及分布式刺激诱发多臂螺旋波问题.基于简化的神经元模型,进一步研究了局部电自突触分布在网络内诱发行波对神经元群体电活动的调制,设计了包含自突触作用的单个神经元电路来模拟不同模式的放电行为.
