　　目的：研究证实,宿主炎症反映与肿瘤生长、转移、代谢有密切的关系。基于炎症与肿瘤侵袭性的关系,众多炎症评分指标,如格拉斯哥评分GPS、预后指标PI、营养预后指标PNI、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值NLR、血小板/淋巴细胞比值PLR,被用于评估肿瘤患者的预后。但这些炎症指标在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤中的预后意义并不明确,并且这些炎症指标中哪一个更具有优势亦不明确。
