本文旨在研究饲粮添加桉叶多酚粗提物对于胡须鸡生长性能、抗氧化、肉质的影响,并测定肌肉各项指标,探讨桉叶多酚对于鸡肉肉品质的影响.试验选用90日龄胡须鸡324只,分为A(空白组)、B (0.6g/kg桉叶多酚组)、C (0.9g/kg桉叶多酚组)、D(1.2g/kg桉叶多酚组)、E(普通饲料)、F(0.9g/kg桉叶多酚组+普通饲料)六个实验组,每组六个重复,每个重复九只鸡,采用自由采食方式,人工喂养40d后进行采样并测定相关指标.结果表明:在130日龄时,相对于对照组,0.9g/kg桉叶多酚组对胡须鸡胸肌、腿肌GSH-PX有显著提高(p<0.05),对胡须鸡胸肌、腿肌MDA有显著降低作用(p<0.05),1.2g/kg桉叶多酚组对胡须鸡腿肌GSH-PX有显著提高(p<0.05);0.6g/kg桉叶多酚组对胡须鸡胸肌a*(红度)有显著影响(p<0.05),0.6g/kg、0.9g/kg、 1.2g/kg桉叶多酚组对于腿肌a*(红度)均有显著影响(p <0.05);0.9g/kg桉叶多酚组对胡须鸡胸肌、腿肌肌内脂肪均有显著提高(p <0.05);1.2g/kg桉叶多酚组对胡须鸡胸肌氧合肌红蛋白、肌红蛋白有显著提高作用(p<0.05),高铁肌红蛋白显著下降(p <0.05);0.6g/kg桉叶多酚组对胡须鸡腿肌中氧合肌红蛋白有显著影响(p<0.05),0.9g/kg桉叶多酚组对肌红蛋白含量也有显著影响(p<0.05).综上所述,桉叶多酚粗提物对胡须鸡肉质改良和抗氧化有显著效果,这为桉叶多酚的进一步研究提供了科学依据.
