Carbon fiber reinforced silicon carbide matrix(Cf/SiC)composites show low density,excellent mechanical properties at room and high temperature,good oxidation and ablation resistance,which make them widely used as thermal structural elements in aerospace area.However,the applying temperature of Cf/SiC composites is limited at 1650℃,because of the active oxidation of silicon carbide at temperature above that.
