文中报告了掺Yb3+双包层光纤激光器的理论和实验研究工作。在稳态条件下,基于速率方程推导了掺Yb3+双包层光纤激光器在强泵浦条件下的简化型解析解。实验上,利用975 nm大功率半导体激光作为泵浦源,采用单端泵浦技术,获得了88 W波长为1 082.4 nm的连续激光输出,斜效率高达84.4%。实验结果与理论的简化型解析解相比较,两者基本一致。
The theoretical and experimental research work on Yb3 + double-clad fiber laser is reported in this paper. Under steady-state conditions, a simplified analytic solution of the Yb3 + -doped double-clad fiber laser under strong pumping conditions is derived based on the rate equation. Experimentally, using the high power semiconductor laser of 975 nm as pump source, single-ended pumping technique was used to obtain a continuous laser output of 88 W at 1 082.4 nm with a slope efficiency as high as 84.4%. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simplified analytical solution of the theory.
