针对135系列柴油机普遍存在的燃油消耗率高、排放差的问题,开发了一种四角缩口ω紊流型燃烧室燃烧系统.在2135G型柴油机上的试验表明,在不改变原机进气系统的条件下,利用燃烧室的特殊结构在压缩行程后期可产生很强的挤流和紊流,加快了缸内混合气的形成和燃烧速率,缩短了扩散燃烧过程,使柴油机的燃油耗油率、烟度及NOx排放有了很大的改善
