　　Amorphization of poorly water soluble drugs were investigated using grinding method and spray drying method.Powder X-ray diffraction measurement and thermal analysis were carried out to evaluate crystal amorphous transformation.In the amorphous samples supersaturation and corresponding rapid dissolution were observed.
