目的 提高对类风湿肺结节临床及影像学特点的认识.方法 分析2008年7月收治的1例类风湿肺结节患者的临床资料及诊治经过,并结合相关文献进行复习.结果 患者女,74岁.间断咳嗽,痰中带血10余年.15年前曾诊断为"类风湿性关节炎".肺CT提示双肺多发大小不等结节,并见大小不等空洞形成,血沉130m m/h;类风湿因子1290 IU/ml;于右肺下叶结节行经皮肺活检,病理回报为纤维组织,炎性肉芽组织及
