  Few studies concerning the conformational effect of polypeptides on drug delivery have been reported,although conformation of different polypeptides has been well-explored in the past few years.Here,we report that the conformational change of poly(L-glutamic acid) regulates anti-melanoma activity of doxorubicin(DOX)-loaded hybrid polymeric micelles (D-h) [1].We synthesized poly(Lglutamic acid)5.6k-b-poly(D,L-lactic acid)1.8k [PGA5.6k-b-PLA1.8k] and constructed D-h with PGA5.6k-bPLA1.8k,PEG2k-b-DSPE and Tat peptides (Tatp) modified PEG3.5k-b-DSPE (Tatp-PEG3.sk-b-DSPE).
