目的:探究连花清瘟对LPS致小鼠急性肺损伤后的保护作用.方法:将120只SPF级18-20g雄性KM小鼠随机分为正常对照组,LPS组,地塞米松组(5 mg/kg),LHQW高、中、低剂量组(8、4、2g/kg),各给药组预先给药一周,每日一次,采用经气管内滴注LPS制备小鼠急性肺损伤.光镜下观察肺组织病理形态,硫代巴比妥酸法检测血清中MDA的含量,流式细胞术检测血中TNF-α、IL-6的阳性表达率
目的:考察梓醇对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆及海马Bax,Bcl-2蛋白表达的影响.方法:采用双侧颈总动脉结扎制作血管性痴呆模型,造模后第30d将大鼠分成模型组、梓醇高、中、低剂量组,尼麦角林片组和假手术组,连续给药30d.Morris水迷宫检测学习记忆,HE染色观察海马CA1区病理组织形态学,SABC法免疫组织化学染色观察海马CA1区Bax、Bcl-2的表达.
目的:探讨天珠散对D-半乳糖拟痴呆小鼠的治疗作用.方法:小鼠颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖56天制备拟痴呆模型,造模14天后预防给予天珠散42天,采用物体识别检测小鼠的认知能力,生化法检测脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)等含量.
