结合国内外已收集到的有关混凝土构件裂缝宽度计算及控制设计的研究资料,以引入模糊示性函数的蒙特卡罗法为基础,综合考虑裂缝宽度计算公式的保证率、荷载作用、构件材料性质不定性、以及荷载裂缝对构件耐久性的影响等因素,建立了有关构件裂缝控制安全度设置水平的计算方法。应用该方法对GB 50010—2002《混凝土结构设计规范》、及其最新修订稿(征求意见稿)中的混凝土受弯构件裂缝控制安全度设置水平进行了计算分析和比较。分析结果表明:基于耐久性考虑,GB 50010—2002给出的裂缝宽度计算公式的可靠度指标比最新修订稿中的裂缝宽度计算公式的可靠指标平均相差1.5左右;另外给定的裂缝宽度限值、受拉钢筋配筋率及荷载比等是影响裂缝宽度可靠度指标的最主要因素。
Combining the research data on crack width calculation and control design of concrete structures collected at home and abroad, based on the Monte Carlo method that introduces a fuzzy characterization function, comprehensively considers the guaranteed rate of crack width calculation formula, load effect, and component material properties. The ambiguity, and the influence of load cracks on the durability of components, etc., established a calculation method for the setting level of safety control of cracks in components. This method is used to calculate and compare the safety setting level of crack control of concrete flexural members in GB 50010-2002 “Code for Design of Concrete Structures” and its latest revision (draft for comment). The analysis results show that based on the durability consideration, the reliability index of the crack width calculation formula given in GB 50010-2002 is about 1.5 times the average of the reliability index of the crack width calculation formula in the latest revision; the other given crack width limit The ratio of steel reinforcement and the ratio of load and tension are the most important factors affecting the reliability index of crack width.
