目的:评价单用二甲双胍治疗血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者加用西格列汀与磺脲类的疗效和安全性.方法: 计算机检索Cochrane Library、 Pubmed(1996～2012.12)、EMbase(1996～2012.12)、MEDLINE (1996～2012.12)、CNKI(1994 ～ 2012.12)、VIP(1989 ～ 2012.12)、CBM等数据库,对符合纳入标准的RCT,由两
