对38例诊断明确的低血糖脑病病人临床资料进行回顾分析。结果低血糖脑病经积极治疗后,19例患者10～60min内意识清晰,未遗留神经精神症状;14例肌力在3天内恢复正常;2例遗留痴呆症状;1例垂体前叶功能减退自动出院;1例胰岛B细胞瘤转外科手术;1例由于发病时间长(28h)而死亡。结论糖尿病健康教育非常重要,低血糖脑病及时诊治,预后良好。
The clinical data of 38 patients with diagnosed hypoglycemic encephalopathy were retrospectively analyzed. Results After active treatment of hypoglycemic encephalopathy, 19 patients were aware of neuropsychiatric symptoms within 10-60 minutes, 14 cases of muscle strength returned to normal within 3 days, 2 cases left dementia symptoms and 1 case had anterior pituitary hypofunction discharged automatically ; One case of pancreatic islet B cell tumors was surgically treated; one case died due to the long onset of disease (28 hours). Conclusion Diabetes health education is very important, timely diagnosis and treatment of hypoglycemic encephalopathy, the prognosis is good.
