From the importance of nutritional effects especially by carbohydrates on cell growth, morphological changes, sporulation and antibiotic production, the study of carbohydrate uptake systems of Streptomyces is quite important and useful to understand the cell physiology of Streptomyces related with antibiotic production and its resistance. So far.there have been many reports on ABC transporters related to carbohydrate transport system such as maltose,mahodextrin,N-acetylglucosamine.and diacetylchitobiose system in S.coelicolor [1],and cellobiose, cellotriose, and trehalose in S.reticuli [2].

Many Streptomyces species harbor circular (8-31 kb; [1]) as well as linear plasmids (12-1700kb; [2.3]).We report the characterization of two newly detected circular plasmids,pFP11 (35139 bp)and pFP1 (
gamma-Butyrolactones in Streptomyces are well recognized as bacterial hormones and they affect secondary metabolisms of Streptomyces [1].In S.coelicolor,a well-known quorum-sensing system is composed
