Discrimination of Alicyclobacillus Strains Using Nitrocellulose Membrane Filter and Attenuated Total

在人工模拟盐胁迫条件下,采用盆栽方法研究短期(9天)盐胁迫条件下AM真菌对红花植株耐盐生理指标的影响,以不接种为对照.结果表明:在土壤中加入0、0.1%、0.2%浓度NaCl条件下,接种菌根处理的红花叶片的保护酶SOD、CAT都明显高于不接种植株,叶片细胞质膜的透性低于不接种处理,MDA含量降低,脯氨酸的含量高于不接种处理,可溶性蛋白的含量也高于不接种处理.结果证明AM真菌可以提高植物的耐盐性.
以云南省个旧市鸡街镇铅锌冶炼厂附近重金属严重污染的废弃农田土壤为栽培基质,研究接种丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF) Glomus mosseae (BGCYN05)和Diversispora spurcum (BGCSD03A)对重金属胁迫下玉米(Zay mays L.)生长和叶片抗氧化系统的影响.
