In a continuing effort,chemists are looking for ways to lower the detection limit of the food additives.As the mass spectrometers have been significantly improved in term of the sensitivity,the sample clean-up is becoming further a bottle-neck in this regard.We have developed a new technique combining a selective separation of additives from bimolecular by functionalized membrane with LC-MS-MS analysis.
