多球谱仪系统的刻度

【摘要】

：

Bonner球谱仪对eV到GeV能区中子均有较高的探测效率，广泛用于连续分布中子能谱的测量和中子剂量的确定.本课题组开发了一套Bonner球谱仪系统，用于一般中子场和EAST环境中子能谱和中子剂量的研究[1].该谱仪系统由直径分别为2.5″、3.0″、3.5″、4″、5″、6″、8″、10″和12″共9个高密度聚乙烯球与中心探测器SP9组成.

暖白光LED用ZrW2O8∶Eu3+的红色纳米荧光粉的发光性质研究

采用水热法在酸/醇混合液中制备了立方相ZrW2O8∶Eu3+红色荧光粉(60 nm,纳米棒)。研究了不同Eu3+掺杂浓度对样品的物相及发光性能的影响,发现在一定浓度范围内Eu3+的最佳掺杂浓度为9 mol％。结合低温光谱和基质晶体结构分析得出Eu3+进入ZrW2O8 晶格中并取代Zr4+的位置,占据无反演中心的C1 点群。
