The widespread presence of the pyrrole unit in pharmaceuticals and biologically active natural products has greatly contributed to its synthesis and transformations1,2.As a class of significant pyrrole derivatives, substituted pyrroles have aroused considerable interest of the synthetic and pharmaceutical chemists in the last two decades3-5.Despite their potential biological activities, there is still a great demand for expanding the chemical libraries and searching for new synthetic methods.
