  To get antifungal proteins isolated from strain TF28 and study the physicochemical characteristics of the antifungal proteins.[measure] Isolation and Purification were completed by ammonium sulfate precipitation and chromatography.We obtained a single antifungal protein named P28 whose purity is 94.48%.The molecular weight of P28 is 36.8Kd.In addition, the antibacterial protein has certain thermal and acid-base stability.The activities can keep 75.1% of the original antibacterial activity after treated by proteinase K for 30min in 37 ℃.And it was not sensitive to UV and trypsin.We isolated and purified the antibacterial protein P28 that has certain thermal stability and acid-base stability, and has a certain tolerance to protease K.The protein is not sensitive to ultraviolet and trypsin.
