Predator exposure is a commonly-used psychological stressor that can elicit the stress-induced changes.Like most stimuli, predator stress impacts immune and endocrine function.One of the stressful changes is the increased activity of HPA axis, which is one of central stress circuitries that involves in the dialogue of neuro-immuno-endocrine networks.Previous studies have confirmed that the brain can regulate the neuro-immuno-ndocrine function by the way of asymmetry.
