Objective: To describe a rare entity and its management pitfalls in patients with same-level thoracic Ossification of the Posterior Longitudinal Ligament (O.P.L.L.) and Ossification of Ligamentum Flavum (O.L.F.).The unknown natural history,progression and complex symptomatology often delay its diagnosis.From literature,this was a pioneer paper to describe this pathology outside Japan.
