  Microfluidics is a technique that deals with the behavior,precise control and manipulation of fluids that are geometrically constrained to a small,typically sub-millimeter scale.Over the past decades,droplet microfluidic devices[1,2],which largely rely on channel-based three-dimensional(3D)-structured chip fabrication,have gained great interest in applications such as chemical reactions and synthesis[3-5],single-cell analysis[6,7],polymerase chain reaction(PCR)[8,9],and so forth.
