实际的视频图象源是针对以CRT为显示器件的系统设计的,已进行过γ校正,因此对于用具有线性特性的显示器件进行图象显示的系统需要进行γ反校正。本文提出的校正方法为周期性非均匀时钟方法,用非均匀脉冲序列控制脉宽调制计数器,使之产生γ校正后的精确脉冲宽度,来完成现有复杂电路才能完成的功能。
The actual video image source is designed for a CRT-based display system and has been gamma-corrected. Therefore, a system for displaying an image using a display device having a linear characteristic needs to be gamma-corrected. The correction method proposed in this paper is a periodic non-uniform clock method. The non-uniform pulse sequence is used to control the pulse width modulation counter to produce the accurate pulse width after the γ correction, so as to accomplish the functions that the existing complex circuits can accomplish.
