根据2012~2014年4个月份滦河口邻近海域的海洋监测资料,分析了海水叶绿素a的时空分布状况。利用多元线性回归方法,以叶绿素a为因变量,筛选出水深、pH值、DO、COD、活性磷酸盐、亚硝酸盐、铵盐7个影响显著的关键环境因子,建立了最优的多元线性回归统计模型;利用单因子相关性分析结果,进一步证明了海水叶绿素a与众多的海水环境因子表现出多元相关性,说明水体中浮游植物的生长繁殖是众多环境因子综合作用的结果。
According to the marine monitoring data of Luan estuary in the four months from 2012 to 2014, the spatio-temporal distribution of chlorophyll a in seawater was analyzed. Using multivariate linear regression method and chlorophyll a as the dependent variable, seven key environmental factors influencing water depth, pH value, DO, COD, active phosphate, nitrite and ammonium salt were screened out, and the optimal multivariate linearity Regression to the statistical model; the use of single factor correlation analysis results further demonstrated that seawater chlorophyll a and many of the seawater environmental factors showed a multivariate correlation, indicating that the growth and reproduction of phytoplankton in water is the result of a combination of many environmental factors.
