To investigate the plasma ghrelin level of rats with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and evaluate the potential effects of ghrelin both from rats and human on AMI.Sixty adult male Wistar rats were randomized into five groups:normal control, sham control, AMI, AMI+ human ghrelin (25μg/kg, i.v.), and AMI+ [D-Lys3]-GHRP-6 (a GHSR antagonist, 65μtg/kg, i.v.).
