沙丁胺醇是一种β2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,在畜禽的生产中非法用作促生长剂,增加瘦肉产量.由于β-兴奋剂易在动物脏器中积聚残留,通过食物链可进入人体,严重危害人类健康[1].

沙丁胺醇是一种β2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,在畜禽的生产中非法用作促生长剂,增加瘦肉产量.由于β-兴奋剂易在动物脏器中积聚残留,通过食物链可进入人体,严重危害人类健康[1].因此,建立快速、简单、方便、有效的检测手段是控制沙丁胺醇非法使用的有效途径.近来,以表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)为检测手段的免疫分析技术引起了人们的广泛关注,而小分子抗原或半抗原因缺乏足够的结合位点,限制了抗原-抗体夹心法的应用,往往采用竞争免疫的方法进行分析[2].本文采用基于SERS的竞争免疫法对沙丁胺醇进行检测.
