MODEL RESEARCH OF CONCURRENT ENGINEERING BASED ON AUTOMATIC COLLABORATION

  Deficiency has been found in the current collaborative design systems,it is difficult and inconvenience to co-design on a web CAD tool.New CE model based on automatic collaboration are presented in this paper,consequently,new requirements were advanced that automatic process need to be used in collaborative design,intelligent means should be embedded to solve collision and check the prototype comparing with the designed model.it is comprised of system structure,strategy of co-design,dynamic collaboration idea,and some intellectual technologies,such as task scheduling,synchronization method,intelligent way of getting information,collision inspection and its solving means,external function analysis.All the modules of the system are used to build a new type of collaborative design and manufacture,intelligence and automation are the key characteristics.These functions prescribed above could be implemented with VC++.NET and Pro/Engineer.
