Objective:Retrospectively analyzed the risk factors of death and neurological complications of 157 patients who underwent thoracic aortic replacement using cerebral perfusion under deep hypothermic circulatory arrest.Methods:157 patients underwent thoracic aortic replacement using cerebral perfusion under deep hypothermic circulatory arrest.Antegrade selective cerebral perfusion through axillary artery was performed for 139 patients and retrograde cerebral perfusion through superior cava vein for 18 patients.Presenting pathologies were type of Debakey Ⅰ in 135 patients (92.4%),DebakeyⅡ in 8 patients (5.1%),Debakey Ⅲ in 4 patients (2.5%).
