Isolating two fungi M-O4, M-13 in the soil sampled from a Shanghai steel plant.The two fungi can reduce Cr (Ⅵ).Through identification of morphological and molecular systematics, we know that M-04 is Trichoderma Iongibrachiatum, M-13 is Trichoderma citrinoviride.Biological characteristics of these two fungi such as Cr (Ⅵ) tolerance, Cr (Ⅵ) reduction rate and total chromium adsorption were studied.The results showed that:The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Cr (Ⅵ) to M-04 was 500mg/L, the MIC of Cr (Ⅵ) to M-13 was 400mg/L.M-04 and M-13 have Good restore performance on Cr (Ⅵ).M-04, M-13 was able to reduce 64.50% and 64.60% Cr (Ⅵ) respectively.
