　　In order to improve the hydrogen storage performances of the Mg2Ni-type alloy,Nd and Cu were added.The Mg2Ni-type alloys with nominal compositions of (Mg24Ni10Cu2)100-xNdx (x = 0-20) are fabricated by melt-spinning technique.The structures of the as-spun alloy ribbons are characterized by XRD and TEM.
