Tissue Repair Cells (TRC) are adult bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNC)-derived stromal stem and progenitor cells produced using single-pass perfusion technology in the AastromReplicell(R)System.Measurable and definable proteomic characterization of BMMNC and TRC may provide insights into biology and in vivo function of the cells.Using 2-D LC-MS/MS approach,643 and 869 distinct proteins were identified by multiple peptide hits with computed probability (Pcomp) > 0.95 in BMMNC and TRC respectively. These proteins represented 20 functional categories such as cell differentiating molecules, transcription factors and proteins of cell origin.
