The zebrafish has become a powerful vertebrate model for genetic studies of embryonic development and organogenesis and disease processes.Zebrafish share many gene functions with other vertebrates including humans, making zebrafish a useful system for studying human diseases and drug discovery.Toxicity is a vital property in the drugs discovery including anticancer drug development.According to reports, in recent 40 years, 2.9% approved drugs were delisted from the market by the FDA as the serious adverse reactions.More than 20 drugs were delisted because of a variety of serious adverse drug reactions even death from 1980s to the turn of the century.
