Systematic study and evaluation were performed on the effect of Mo doping at the B site of Pr0.4Sr0.6Co0.2Fe0.8O3-σ(PSCF)as the cathode material for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cells(ITSOFC).With Mo doping,PSCFMx retained the perovskite structure except x = 0.2 sample,and their particles were increased by Mo doping which confirmed by X-ray diffraction.The electrical conductivity was decreased by increasing Mo doping concentration.
