Background: The development of biological experiment technology has brought more and more biological network data, such as protein-protein interaction networks and gene transcriptional regulatory networks, in which lays considerable number of information about the interactions and relationships between biological organisms.To explain and analyze these network data has become an important problem to be solved in the field of bioinformatics.Among various kinds of techniques, comparative analysis, namely biological network alignment, is an important method.
