Aim To study the phenotype and function of mouse mesenteric lymph nodes dendritic cells (MLNDCs) and their ability to secrete corticotrophin releasing factor (CRF).Methods The mice mesenteric lymph nodes dendritic cells were obtained by the technique of magnetic bead sorting and cultured with or without lipopolysaccharide (LPS).Then the expression of surface molecules (MHCI, MHCII) and co-stimulatory molecules (CD80, CD86) were analyzed by flow cytometry.The capacity to stimulate T cells was evaluated by mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR).
