Theoretical and practical aspects of cluster model based on market centralization are an area of cluster research in Ukraine.The reasearch is an inegrative part of mainstream research directions in Ukraine: economic globalization and regionalization; European economic integration; market and centralization dilemma, principles of clasters performance etc.which publications ofI.Burakovsky, V.Chuzhykova, A.Filipenko, B.Gubsky, D.Lukyanenko, V.Novitsky, Y.Pakhomov, O.Plotnikov, A.Poruchnyk, Y.Savelyev to name a few are dealt with.Being stacked on European integration and exposed to strong competition from European firms Ukraine is highly motivated to expand its share on the EU market, raise up its competitiveness and high-end exports striving to overcome dependence on raw and semi-raw material export.Theoretical basics of centralization process in clusters system and modern conceptions are in scope of research of Ukrainian scholars.There are determined clusters place in market centralization mechanism and the main issues of clusters formation under conditions of active state economic policy.Research methodology elaborated by them may be divided in two layers.Top one includes dialectic and systematic methods which might be used to build up market centralization concept and track the influence of globalization and regionalization on it.The low level is presented by critical evaluation of experience of both developed and developing countries in creating clusters and implementation of its models in Ukraine.Competitiveness of Ukrainian economy becomes a crucial factor of its policy of transformation and reforms.Being in transition from centralized to market economy Ukraine considers cluster model as an important yet not only one tool in securing its economic competitiveness.Thinking that existing models of clusters of mature market economy under transition economy conditions should be adapted to it offer cluster model based on market centralization Ukrainian experts offered market centralization as a cornerstone of new cluster model in Ukraine.The cluster model has been developing in the framework of restructuring of real economy system and reform of government economic policy.Scholars refer to interaction between market mechanisms and state regulation instntments in clusters activities.They argue that international competition makes strong impact on modem clusters existence and activity.At the same time Ukraine European integration and association course and cluster development success in the European Union creates favorable economic environment for clusters emergence and functioning.And also need and expediency of clusters forming in Ukraine.Government agencies efforts to speed up cluster development and its stimulation in market centralization mode form prerequisites for greater contribution of cluster policies to further development of the national economy.
