为了研究综合评价赤芍药材质量的方法和技术,采用反相高效液相色谱法建立赤芍药材指纹图谱和色谱峰面积主成分分析模型,运用综合主成分值评价赤芍药材质量.研究结果表明建立的赤芍药材指纹图谱和相应的色谱条件科学合理,运用反相高效液相色谱峰面积主成分分析法能够客观合理地综合评价赤芍药材质量.
