Aromatic organophosphorus compounds have attracted ever-increasing attentions and a series of organophosphine derivatives have been synthesized as pharmaceuticals,phosphine-containing ligands and functional materials.General synthetic strategies involve transition metal-catalyzed cross dehydrogenative coupling reactions of secondary phosphines with aryl halides or(het)aromatic compounds.[1] Recently,silvermediated direct phosphorylation of(het)aromatic compounds with diarylphosphine oxides has been reported.[2] However,these reactions were commonly limited to harsh reaction conditions,such as excess loading of oxidant,a relatively large amount of ligand,inert atmosphere,high temperature,long reaction time and poisonous solvents.
