原发性肝癌切除术麻醉效果优级分析

  本文就我院百例肝叶切除术中筛选出42例麻醉效果优级的病历做一分析。发现肝叶切除术中对病人生理扰乱大,出血多给麻醉管理带来一定难度。因此在选用硬膜外麻醉方法时,麻醉平面一定达体表4-5肋间,这样减轻手术牵拉反应。同时,加强心电、血压监测,严格计算麻醉药物的入量,作用时间和病人出入液体量。在关键手术步骤时要与手术医生密切配合,使病人较平稳的度过手术。
