目的通过实验证明制备(保存)洗涤红细胞工艺的可行性和可靠性。方法原料血液经离心后,使用G4去除上清和白膜层,向原袋中注入100 ml/U NaCl注射液;再次离心后,去除上清并向母袋中注入100 ml/U氯化钠注射液,重复操作2次;第4次去上清后向母袋中注入50 ml/U红细胞保存液,混匀后置4℃贮摁冰箱保存。结果红细胞回收率、白细胞清除率、蛋白清除率均符合国家标准要求,洗涤红细胞保存4周后游离血红蛋白浓度不超过1g/L。结论采用本法制备的洗涤红细胞可以保存四周时间。
Objective To experimentally prove the feasibility and reliability of preparing (preserving) washing red blood cells. Methods After the blood of the raw material was centrifuged, the supernatant and the tunica albumensum were removed by G4 and 100 ml / U NaCl injection was injected into the original bag. After centrifugation again, the supernatant was removed and 100 ml / U sodium chloride injection was injected into the mother bag. Repeat the operation 2 times; 4 to go to the supernatant after injection into the mother bag 50 ml / U red blood cell preservation solution, mix and store at 4 ℃ storage refrigerator. Results The recovery rate of erythrocytes, leukocyte clearance rate and protein clearance rate all met the requirements of national standards. The free hemoglobin concentration did not exceed 1 g / L after 4 weeks of storage of washed erythrocytes. Conclusion The washed red blood cells prepared by this method can be stored for four weeks.
