采用“围船建瓶”技术在常压和反应温度 < 100 ℃下将磷钨杂多酸(HPW)封装到金属有机骨架MIL-100(Fe)的介孔笼中,制备出HPW@MIL-100(Fe)催化剂。由于MIL-100(Fe)介孔笼的限域效应,封装的HPW不易溶脱流失。作为多相固体酸催化剂,HPW@MIL-100(Fe)在乙酸与正己醇液相酯化反应中表现出高活性、高稳定性的催化性质。

Cu-分子筛催化剂在氧化羰基合成烷基碳酸酯工艺中体现了良好的活性和稳定性。采用蒸氨法制备CuY催化剂,可以彻底避免Cl元素的存在。研究表明,惰性气氛热处理是Cu+与分子筛骨架结合形成反应活性中心的必要条件。通过改变前驱体,可以显著影响Cu组分在分子筛中的存在形式。铜物种的分散度和价态与氧化羰基合成碳酸二乙酯(DEC)的活性密切相关,而CuY中强酸位则导致副产物乙缩醛(DEE)的生成。
