弹性固化环氧树脂体系及其复合材料

  以环氧树脂为基体,研制了一种可用于体育产品的弹性固化环氧树脂体系,并研究了其与东丽T700SC碳纤维制备成复合材料的性能.结果 表明,该树脂体系最佳固化温度在113.5℃~147℃之间,在95℃~110℃之间固化度也能够达到90%以上;复合材料横向拉伸强度大于60 MPa、拉伸弹性模量大于8.2GPa,弯曲强度大于1500 MPa、弯曲模量大于110GPa,层间剪切强度大于85MPa,经98℃/48h水煮后,复合材料的弯曲性能和层间剪切强度与国内外同类产品150℃固化的复合材料性能相当.扫描电镜结果显示,在纤维表面有树脂附着,且有部分树脂浸润纤维,说明该树脂体系与碳纤维界面效果良好.
