As a significant part of Municipal Solid Waste(MSW),pollution and hazard of food waste is increasingly serious.Many approaches for handling food waste have been successfully pointed out,including landfill,incineration,and biological treatment technologies.Among these technologies,biological treatment technology is the mainstream process of stabilization of food waste due to its many easily biodegradable components.
