Background Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is a risk factor for coronary heart diseases.We hypothesized that coronary microcirculatory function was related with OSAHS.Methods It was a retrospective study including 86 subjects with critical coronary lesions (50%-70%) by coronary angiography (CAG).Index of microcirculatory resistance (IMR) was measured in CAG ,and continuous 7 hours nocturnal polysomnography was monitored after operation,recording sleep apnea hypopnea index (AHI) ,lowest oxygen saturation (LSaO2) and average oxygen saturation (ASaO2).
