In conservative management in early endometrial cancer,it is mandatory to fertility sparing.Fertility specialist involvement is recommended due to the low live birth rate without IVF-ET intervention.The hysteroscopic surgery for early endometrial cancer,using a three-step technique in young patients will be present.A postoperative combined medroxyprogesterone acetate/levenorgestrel-intrauterine system treatment was followed.The postoperative diagnostic hysteroscopy and target biopsies will be done after 3.6.9.12 months.The endometrium biopsy was negative for malignancy.Then the IVF-ET was advised to achieve childbearing.Several successful cases inspired the strategy of treatment in young patients.These proposal need to be confirmed in a prospective study.
