The association between assisted reproductive technology (ART) and neurobehavioral imprinting disorders has been reported by many studies.The accumulation of epimutation within certain ART-conceived mice or population without manifestation at the phenotypic level will emerge following the marriage of two people with the same susceptibility.Hence, the aim of this study is to examine the possible effect of ART on intergenerational epigenetic inheritance in ART-conceived mice and gain a prospective understanding of the marriage safety between children ART-bom in human population.Mice derived from in vitro fertilized and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) were built and crossed.
