研究了稀土Cr-Mn-N耐热铸钢的成分,组织和性能。试验表明,该钢具有良好的综合力学性能和高温瞬时拉伸强度,1000℃下具有良好的抗氧化性,其性能优于ZG3Cr18Ni25Si2和ZG3Cr19Mn12Si2N钢,适用于1000℃下工作的各种炉用耐热构件。
The composition, microstructure and properties of rare earth Cr-Mn-N heat-resistant cast steel were studied. The test shows that the steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties and instantaneous tensile strength at high temperature, has good oxidation resistance at 1000 ° C, and has better performance than ZG3Cr18Ni25Si2 and ZG3Cr19Mn12Si2N steel, and is suitable for various furnaces that work at 1000 ° C. member.
