本文研究了混杂固化体系的导电银浆。通过光固化、热固化两个步骤，得到较低电阻率的电路。光固化过程使丝网印刷的线条表面快速固化，尺寸稳定性好。当纳米银粉占固含量的70％时，在220℃下热处理3min，电阻率就可达9×10 -6·cm。
